These terms apply when you use luneastudioshop.com or buy anything from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them — we've kept them short.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have a parent or legal guardian place it or approve it for you. Our store is not intended for children under 13. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

What we sell

Curated gift boxes and keychains. We are curators, not manufacturers: we select items from a range of suppliers, combine them, pack each box by hand, and stand behind the finished result.

Each box contains one small gift that we don't show or describe on the site. That is intentional. Everything else in the box is listed on its product page. Many items in our boxes are imported; country-of-origin markings stay on the items or their packaging.

Product descriptions and photography

We describe each box as accurately as we can. Colors can look slightly different on different screens, and small items are sometimes photographed close up, which makes them look larger. Where an item's size matters, we say so on the product page.

If a supplier discontinues an item, we substitute something of equal or greater value in the same theme and color story, and we update the product page.

Our promise about what you receive

We promise that what you receive will match its description and will be free of defects when it arrives. If it isn't, we will replace it or refund you, as set out in our Refund Policy — whether or not you've opened the box. This promise is in addition to any rights you have under the law.

Product safety

Please use what's in the box as intended. Some boxes contain candles: follow the safety instructions on the candle's label, never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from children, pets, and anything that can catch fire. Small items such as hair clips, charms, and beads are not toys and are not suitable for young children.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Shipping is a flat $6.95, free on orders of $60 or more, and is shown at checkout before you pay. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it. We don't show "was/now" prices: the price on the site is the regular price.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel after you've paid, we refund you in full.

We ship to the United States only (see our Shipping Policy).

Gift messages and packing videos

If you add a gift message, we write it by hand on a card and put it in the box. We may decline to write a message that is abusive, hateful, or unlawful — if so, we'll let you know before the order ships. Please don't include sensitive information, such as health details, in a gift message.

If you order a packing video, we film your order being packed and email you a link. We only share it on our social media if you gave permission when you ordered, and we never show names, addresses, or notes. You can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing us.

Promotional codes

• One promotional code per order. Codes can't be combined with each other or with sitewide sales (such as Black Friday), unless we say so.
• The 10% welcome code for new subscribers can be used once per customer, on their first order.
• DEAR10, included with your order, gives 10% off your next order. It can be used once per customer and has no expiry date unless printed otherwise.
• Codes apply only to the items and dates stated, have no cash value, and can't be applied to an order that has already been placed.

Shipping and returns

Shipping times, and what happens if something goes wrong, are in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are in our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

Accounts

You don't need an account to buy from us. Checkout is available to guests.

Our content

The text, photographs, and design on this site belong to us. Please don't copy them for commercial use. You're very welcome to share photos of your box.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site to break the law, don't try to interfere with how it works, and don't attempt to access parts of it that aren't public.

Liability

The website itself is provided "as is". Our products are covered by the promise above and by any warranty the law gives you.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This limit does not apply to personal injury caused by our products, to our own negligence or misconduct, or to anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, please email us first at contact.luneastudio@gmail.com and give us 30 days to put it right — almost everything can be solved that way.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. If a dispute can't be resolved informally, either of us may bring it in small claims court if it qualifies; otherwise, it will be decided by the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you and we agree to the jurisdiction of those courts. This doesn't take away any right you may have to bring a claim where you live under your state's consumer protection laws.

California residents: under California Civil Code §1789.3, you may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by phone at (916) 445-1254 or (800) 952-5210.

We want everyone to be able to use our store. If anything on the site is hard to use, see our Accessibility page or email us, and we'll help you place your order.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
